Build a software that's reimagining an entire industry.
The product gets better when people build, so building time is sacred here. Meetings are short and end with a decision. The person closest to the problem makes the call. No approval chains, no SCRUM sprints, no BS. Anything that doesn't move the product gets cut, automated, or politely declined.
Lots of meetings, little code. Multiple layers of management.
Short paths, small team & direct communication. 95% of your time goes to building.
Non-technical managers slow everything down.
Lean team, no middle management. And the CEO contributed 2 million LoC.
Working through small tickets – only management sees the bigger picture.
Ownership from day one: you're responsible for real features from idea to release and get to see the impact.
Grown legacy code and outdated technology that make every change slow and risky.
Modern stack, no legacy. Our simple Infra-As-Code backend (Convex) makes changes easy.
AI is either banned or you're expected to babysit the AI every step of the way.
AI isn't a side project for us. It writes 100% of our code and you can use as many tokens as you need. Our entire product is centered around it.
We know that applying takes time and energy. That's why we keep the process transparent – you'll know exactly where you stand at every step.
A few short questions in the application form help us get to know you from the start. Take a moment with your answers – either way, you'll hear back from us.
In a short video call, we get to know each other: your background, your goals, and what matters to you in your next step. You can ask us anything too – about the role, the product, or how the team works.
You'll get a hands-on task modeled on the role's actual day-to-day work – with clear goals and reasonable requirements. Plan for about a working day.
After the skills assessment, we go deeper: we talk about the role itself, your experience so far, and how you work. An open conversation between equals – with honest insights and room for your questions.
Finally, we'll ask you for references who can speak to your professional experience – ideally at least one person you reported to. These conversations help us confirm the impression we've already formed of you in the interviews.
