• Definition: Talking about real work situations from the past
• For top-performers it's satisfying to talk about their accomplishments (What's the best feature you've built / the most successful project, etc.)
• Behavioural questions should focus not on day-to-day but on the biggest/worst/best/most moments (The biggest incident, most difficult problem. etc.)
